Hokkaido Table Earns Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence 2026

Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant, Hokkaido Table, cements itself as an award-winning dining spot for excellent wine.

The art of tastefully pairing wine with a good meal is no easy feat. It’s one of many clear indicators of a restaurant’s dedication to its craft. So it’s no surprise that Hokkaido Table at The Exchange TRX has earned its flowers. The restaurant was recently honoured with the Award of Excellence in Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards 2026, a recognition of the restaurant’s premium wine list.

This is a testament to the effort and care gone into giving patrons the culinary experience they deserve, particularly through their Chef’s Table events—dining events making full use of over 75 selections of wine. These occasions include the expertly-led Winefest and the upcoming Scarpa Wine Pairing Dinner.

Hokkaido Table doesn’t shy away from showcasing what they have to offer, to new and returning guests alike. With constant innovative and immersive events being planned behind the scenes, it’s no wonder they’ve managed to make a name for themselves worldwide. Between careful curation of their fusion-concept food to quality beverages, Hokkaido Table’s reputation isn’t just upheld, it’s earned, service by service.
